Payment options

We accept the following payment methods

Payment in advance by bank transfer:

Immediately after placing an order in the Scandex shop, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. There you will also find our bank details and all other information you need to make a transfer. Please enter your name and order number as the payment reference so that we can clearly identify your payment.

PayPal payment with PayPal Checkout:

You can pay us via the payment service provider PayPal. There are no additional costs for you, and a PayPal account is not necessary. The following payment options are available:

  • SEPA direct debit
  • Purchase on account with Ratepay (please enter your date of birth and telephone number in the customer details)
  • Payment with your own PayPal balance
  • GooglePay
  • ApplePay

We can ship the goods immediately for all payment options. After registering with PayPal, you also benefit from PayPal buyer protection up to EUR 500. You can find more information about PayPal here.

Payment by credit card (PayPal):

You can pay in the Scandex shop with MasterCard and VisaCard. When paying by credit card, PayPal will check the validity of your credit card details during the ordering process and the payment will be carried out securely and encrypted. Your credit card account will be charged when the order is completed. We do not store credit card details. If you receive an error message during the ordering process, please contact us.

Please never send us your credit card details by email, as these may be viewed by third parties during transmission!
